In this case it's woman and Enchanted-Galiano-Island.com was built to express a soul-deep love for this mystical gem off Canada's rugged West Coast. My name is Michelle Schill, when I lived on the Island, I was known as "Micki Murray" and that was over 25 years ago.
My connection to Galiano Island began as an infant. I spent the first few years of my life completely oblivious of my good fortune growing up on Galiano. And I've spent much time since remembering and realizing the impact that Galiano had on me. And how my time on the Island has influenced who I've become.
On this site I'll offer a virtual journey of discovery for those who are considering a visit to Galiano Island. And for those who've been and wish for a way to stay connected, this site can serve as an interactive "Galiano fix". I welcome and encourage your contributions, stories about "Your Galiano", or photos you'd like to share from a visit to the Island.
